I had my car at a couple of other shops and have continued to have heating issues. They replaced the water pump and thermostat but could never figure out why I couldn’t get any heat. Tim checked that out for me and quickly figured out that it was a circulation issue and needed a back-flush through the heater core, and then we started to get heat immediately. Thank goodness I found Tim at Speedy Apollo! Now I’ll never go anywhere else.
I brought a car I was thinking about buying to Tim for a pre-purchase inspection. I am a loyal customer of Tim’s and he could have said to buy the car knowing it needed a bunch of work, and he would’ve ended up getting all the work. But there is a reason I bring my cars to Westbrook — because Tim is honest with me and told me that this was not the car for me, that it had too many problems and wasn’t worth buying, that it was going to be a money pit. Speedy Apollo Westbrook has loyal customers because they’re loyal to their customers also. Thanks buddy, keep up the good work!!
I have moved around quite a bit as I travel because of my job, so I tried a few different shops in a few different cities and have never come across an automotive repair shop like Tim’s in Westbrook. From the moment I walked in, I was treated with respect and kindness. I don’t know a lot about cars, but Tim walked me through the process step-by-step so I understood completely. So I just wanted to say thank you to Tim for his patience.
